We can provide supplementary accommodation

for special events or larger groups. Rooms in the

Main House may only be booked in conjunction

with a reservation made in The Pavilion.

King Room

Large traditional en-suite King bedroom with Jacuzzi bath and large shower. Stunning wide original wooden floorboards, inglenook fireplace and heavy beams will make you feel like you have stepped back in time. Situated at the front of the house, this spacious room and en-suite have windows looking out onto the far reaching farmland opposite, where you can view the sheep & lambs, and cows & calves grazing in the Kent countryside.

Pond Room

This is a double room on the second floor of the house overlooking the pond through small quaint arched windows. The perfect place to observe the ducklings and moorhens taking a swim or just chilling out on the grass. There is a small bathroom next to the bedroom with bath, sink and WC. It may also be possible for guests staying in this room to use a separate shower room in the house.

Blue Room

This is a very pretty bedroom with double aspect windows providing views over the rear garden and pond. The small double French Bed is ideal for one person or two people who are happy to cosy up to one another.
